In actual work, if a job is processed rigidly according to the process, it will take a lot of time. And it will cause some team members to work, and other team members to have nothing to do, so the cooperation between team members is particularly important. In the operation of our group, in order to improve the efficiency and avoid the above situation, we use the method that when the group leader is broadcasting live, the deputy group leader and team members cooperate with each other to complete various tasks, which greatly saves time.
On the surface, our work is very simple, but in the specific practice process, there are still many problems. For example, the network signal is not good, the live broadcast platform is stuck, the host is in a bad state and forgets the words, and the video needs to be played without sound, and so on. We actively summarize and correct problems during each exercise. As for the emergency response, it is also very simple. If a team member asks for leave or has an urgent matter, the rest of the team members can replace it, and the entire team will not be paralyzed due to lack of manpower.
